    • ​​​​We’re based in Atlanta, Georgia; and proudly serve surrounding areas. For large-scale or custom projects, we’re happy to travel—just reach out with your location, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

  2. What kind of drone services do you offer?

    • We specialize in aerial and ground-level visuals for real estate, construction monitoring, special events (like weddings and performances), healthcare storytelling, emergency response, custom drone mapping, and more. If you have a unique idea—let’s talk!

  3. How far in advance should I book?

    • We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons or for large-scale projects. Need something sooner? Contact us—we may be able to fit you in!

  4. Are you licensed and insured?

    • Yes! All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Foreally LLC is fully insured for aerial work, giving you peace of mind for every flight.

  5. What happens if the weather is bad?

    • Safety comes first. If weather conditions make flying unsafe or illegal (like high winds or rain), we’ll reschedule your shoot at no extra cost.

  6. How long does it take to get my footage?

    • Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after the shoot, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Rush editing may be available upon request.

  7. Can I request edits or changes to the footage?

    • Absolutely. We offer one round of basic revisions as part of your package. If you need additional edits or custom requests, we’re happy to provide a quote.

  8. Will my footage be kept private?

    • Yes. Your media is never shared without your written consent. We take privacy seriously—especially for sensitive projects like private events or healthcare-related storytelling.

  9. Do I need to sign a contract?

    • Yes, for all projects we require a service agreement outlining the scope, terms, and deliverables. This protects both you and us and ensures everyone’s on the same page.

  10. How long does it take to receive a response after submitting a booking request?

    • We aim to respond to all booking inquiries within 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation or follow-up with any questions we have about your project so we can get everything scheduled smoothly.

  11. Do you offer referral rewards?

    • Yes! If you refer someone and they mention your name when booking and complete a paid service, you’ll receive 10% off your next project with us. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about Foreally LLC!
