Refund Policy
At Foreally LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality drone visuals and creative media services across real estate, construction, special events, healthcare documentation, emergency response, and custom projects. Our goal is always to meet or exceed your expectations with every project.
However, we understand that creative services are subjective. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, you may be eligible for a partial refund, provided that you notify us within three (3) calendar days of receiving the completed project. After this window, refunds or revisions may not be available.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to reflect the time, resources, and expertise invested in each project. We encourage open communication throughout the process to reduce the likelihood of dissatisfaction.

A partial refund may be issued if the client is unsatisfied with the final deliverables.

To be eligible, the client must notify us in writing within three (3) days of receiving the completed project (via email or official contact form).

Requests made after the 3-day window may not be honored.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Client fails to communicate dissatisfaction within the 3-day window.

Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences that conflict with previously agreed creative direction or scope.

Cancellation by the client after work has already begun.

Situations beyond our control (e.g., poor weather conditions, denied flight permissions, inaccessible sites).

Failure to obtain necessary permissions, consents, or property access by the client.

Partial Refund Conditions

The amount refunded will reflect only the portion of the project deemed unsatisfactory, minus time and resources already invested.

All deliverables related to the refunded portion may be withheld or revoked, depending on the circumstances.

In most cases, Foreally LLC will offer to revise the deliverables in good faith before initiating a refund. Clients are encouraged to request edits or clarifications before seeking a refund.
